Disaster level 4 in Haste is absolute bs tho. These lava waves are undodgeable and with all the chaos on the screen the barrage of explosions is not visible but chunks you for half your health. The end of the first level should really give you an item, trying to get a run started is so painful...

The art thing I was working on ended up so bad my mood plummeted for like 10 days so not posting that... Usually wouldn't get to me but they were the only plans I had for christmas gifts. At least Nubby's Number Factory and Haste have helped me pass time while I emotionally recover

Also this year I made a System Shock 2 Archipelago randomizer mod that is imo the most fun way to play SS2. I would love for more people to try it out and tell me what they think. I have got an update planned soon™ to add elite monsters and bosses

You should check out the Zero Escape trilogy, The Longest Journey trilogy, Patrick's Parabox, and Who's Lila. Thats the top tier stuff for the parameters described imo but Telltale or similar games like Heavy Rain have a bit more action and also work.

The combo of madcap experiment and platinum emperion is a much better version of this concept as an 8/8 will actually kill your opponent and it only costs 4. But to my knowledge it has never found competitive success.

It is hard to get to 7 mana, and it's even harder if you have a card in your deck that does nothing until you get to 7 mana. Permanents that cost 6 or more should probably win you the game if unchecked, and this one doesn't do that. It is definitely flashy but a pretty bad card.
