I am big excite. #DD2DA is nearly here. I have been aloof with my art in general lately but rest assured I am flitting about. I am soaking in all the art being shared. Here's a lil sample of Dragonsplague Pawn Liam and Arisen Kraus sketches. Be kind to your pawns. 🙂‍↕️ #dd2 #dragon'sdogma2

When the guy you suddenly drop kicked through a gateway two years ago finds you and he's Big Mad

forces Travis(a surgeon Fal meets across the gate)back through the Gate he came in before he razea Vladimir, essentially stopping Travis from doing any more research on Fal's curse. Over two years of studies, research, and time gone (in Travis's eyes.) and he was on the cusp of new information and Fal decided to cut it short and send him home, destroying the gateway so Travis couldn't make it back through.

Travis is Big Mad. While he's well off he goes into debt looking for another gateway. And in the case he does and he gets incredibly lucky that it leads to the world Fal is in, he's intending to find him and let him know all about it. By this time Fal has found a loophole through the curse and has a kit.

Amber is another popular one. There's also gasoline, grease, lactonic (this one is a danger zone for me), sulfuric, ozone, marine/sea, hot sand, gunpowder, coffee beans...so many scent profiles 😭😂

NukeRooster @nukerooster.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

Ohh! Could also go for scents like petrichor, incense, patchouli, hot iron/metal, mint(sweet and not), oud, cigar smoke, spent campfire, nutmeg, spicy oak, cedar, sweet hay, ... Not me scoping perfumes bc I love and collect them but also definitely like to imagine scent profiles for characters!

I have been picking at this dragon over the week. Tossing WIPS up on Patreon. I hope to get it out of the way soon. I thought I was gonna do so much for smaugust but alas. while I'll still share sketches and 'finals' here, all my WIPS outside of choice uploads will be thrown up on Patreon.

Resurrecting my Patreon. I only have a single tier that will include everything in one. It'll mostly be focused on early access sketches and WIPs and a few stray .abr files for when I feel the need to make new brushes. www.patreon.com/c/NukeRooste...

I am in a bit of a defeated mood today. And as of late, in general. Art isn't paying off and savings are all but diminished. A lot of work recently has been for nothing and with the current EU laws, shipping is becoming impossible. Are dragons still loved? Here is one. I struggle with drawing them.
