This reporting says he’ll pay for the ads moving forward. If that’s the case, I find this way more believable and I’ll take this as a win. #juiceless
Screenshot from YouTube of ABC’s feed. They report that: President Trump said Monday night that he will no longer use taxpayer funds to pay for a pro-Trump ad blitz ahead of the midterm elections, saying his super PAC will now pay for them.

I use Crew which solves for this better than a credit card IMO. it allows for several types of virtual cards and also can default to a zero dollar balance between purchases so any attempt at unauthorized use just results in the thief getting a NSF message. It’s worked well for me. www.trycrew.com

2: 24 hour card
3: custom card

I’m in CT so a little far out of town for fostering and I haven’t met a rescue yet that adopts out of state. He looks very much like my Aspen kitty when he was that age though. I fostered him as a singleton kitten in the early 2000s. He passed away almost 2 years ago and I miss him!
White cat with blue eyes lays on a light blue blanket with a dark blue wall behind him. He’s looking directly at the camera. He’s very handsome.

This isn't the correct vote, so checking this vote will just show you that your dem rep voted no. I don't think the final vote is up yet.
Vote tally showing all republicans voted aye and all democrats voted no, while an independent voted aye. 2 dems and 2 republicans didn't vote. Total Ayes: 216, Total Noes: 210

Won’t anyone think of the poor man forced to murder his wife and kill himself, leaving the violent aftermath for their children to discover? What about him?!
Screenshot of a jackass’ skeets: “It is indicative of the degenerate American civilization that a man whose life was destroyed by mere accusations of sexual misconduct, i.e., without the slightest hint of due process and formal legal proceedings, is characterized as
"obsessed" with restoring his reputation (and ends in tragedy).”

I made a comment about the patch in this photo which I think is also very cool
Navy patch depicting two astronauts floating in space. They are holding hands. The sum is prominent behind them with stitching in eight concentric rings around the sun. Each ring has small stitched balls periodically placed on it. They look like a planetary diagram. Each ring is a different color, alternating from red, yellow, blue, and green.

It says HSC-23 on a golden label on the top and Artemis II on a matching label on the bottom. Over the solar rings it says “come with me space cowboy”.

Did you see the picture of the patch the navy crew that picked up the astronauts were wearing? I’d tattoo this on my body if I’d earned it.

Mr Art of the Deal will downplay the injured and dead just like he did with all the soldiers that got traumatic brain injuries from bombings in his first term.
Donald Trump is facing backlash for downplaying the traumatic brain injuries suffered by 109 U.S. service members after an Iranian ballistic missile attack in 2020.

The Republican presidential candidate made the remarks at a campaign press event on Tuesday after a reporter asked him if he should have been “tougher” on Iran during his time in the White House following the attack that left troops injured.

“First of all, injured, what does injured mean?” Trump replied. “You mean because they had a headache? Because the bombs never hit the fort.”

More than a dozen missiles struck the al-Asad Air Base in Iraq on January 8, 2020. No U.S. service members were killed but approximately 109 were diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries. Twenty-nine of the injured soldiers received Purple Hearts in the wake of the attack.

This is a shit take. if you overheard someone planning a murder or bank robbery or literally any violent crime, you report it and let the police decide if it’s a credible threat. You don’t wait until the crime is complete and then call the tip line.
Skeet saying: Pre-crime reports will cause more problems than they’re worth. I don’t blame OpenAI. To me it’s similar to a Section 230 issue.

I read a bunch of articles about air quality and 3d printing when I was considering getting one. They basically said most air quality monitors won’t capture the stuff 3d printers put out. I found this chart helpful (original source: all3dp.com/1/3d-printin...). It convinced me to use lower temps
Chart of particle production based on print temperatures, filament type, and nozzle size.

PLA does best for air quality at 190 with a 0.4mm nozzle

There is also tons of restricted airspace in the US that planes regularly have to fly around. Even if the earth was flat and the "straight line" he is imagining was valid, this still wouldn't be possible. He's welcome to try, though. sua.faa.gov/sua/siteFram...
Section of a map of the United States made by the FAA that includes the flight path from Los Angeles to Texas. Much of the map is dotted with outlines for restricted airspace.

You don't even need science for this one. There are giant swaths of airspace that's restricted in that part of the country. I would not recommend flying through it if you like your plane to stay airborne, although Elon is more than welcome to try. sua.faa.gov/sua/siteFram...

If you’re ever interested in spicing up your weather report, I would recommend using Carrot. Its snark level/political commentary is adjustable and the UI is chef’s kiss.
Screenshot of the weather app Carrot. There are two visible tiles — an upper and lower tile. The upper tile has a background of a cartoon power plant in a valley with a starry sky above it. The foreground is the weather, 28 degrees Fahrenheit but feels like 21 degrees Fahrenheit, with the message: “A literal Bond villain now has full creative control over the James Bond franchise. How Fitting”

The lower tile has the hourly forecast along a timeline. Each hour has a weather icon showing the expected weather, such as a cloud to represent cloudiness, and the expected numerical temperature below each icon.

Don’t forget to turn off learning for every single app app on your phone. There is no option to globally disallow this. Go to settings > apps > choose app from list > Apple Intelligence & Siri > toggle “Learn from this App” to off

1.) Learn from this App
2.) Suggestions: Show on Home Screen
3.) Suggestions: Suggest App
All options are off in this screenshot.

I’m so sorry for your loss. This is Sweet Kitty. He lives up to his name in every way and doesn’t have an unkind thought in his head.
A long haired orange kitty is lounging on a soft grey table. He is relaxed with one paw stretched out in front of him and he stares directly into the camera. Behind him are a bank of windows with a clear blue, cloudless sky. Rays of sunshine filter through his mane. He looks majestic and decidedly badass.

Soon, all beasts upon the Earth will be round, fluffy floating balls
A photoshopped image of a long haired orange kitty floating through the air above green grass while looking very determined. The kitty has no obvious legs or tail. The kitty has been duplicated several times so there appears to be an army of floating, determined, appendage-less, orange long-haired kitties heading towards you.

Full response, here
Twitter message written by @AuschwitzMuseum:
Memory of victims of Auschwitz has, at times, been violated and instrumentalized in various extreme statements.
David Azoulai appears to wish to use the symbol of the largest cemetery in the world as some sort of a sick, hateful, pseudo-artistic, symbolic expression.
Calling for acts that seem to transgress any civil, wartime, moral, and human laws, that may sound as a call for murder of the scale akin to Auschwitz, puts the whole honest world face-to-face with a madness that must be confronted and firmly rejected.
We do hope that Israeli authorities will react to such shameful abuse, as terrorism can never be a response to terrorism.
