Yesterday, I gave a talk as part of the "Terra de Trobadors" festival in Castelló d'Empúries. We examined the figure of troubadour-count Ponç Hug IV of Empúries and placed his work within the tradition of noble patronage in the Crown of Aragon 📜 Also, I enjoyed the festival with lovely company! 🥰💕

Among the #nudist beaches in Catalonia, those in the Llobregat Delta stand out for the air traffic in a "protected" natural environment. Beyond the unique photos, it's critical to recognize the devastating impact of Barcelona's airport expansion—driven by mass tourism—on this vital ecosystem.

Besides being a naturist and researcher, I'm also a writer of #historicalfiction. My first published novel (2021) tells the story of #Àunia, an Iberian girl who struggles for freedom (hers and that of her people against Rome). It makes me so happy that it's still being read ❤️🏹 #catalanwriter

My experience in #naturism has not been a straight path. Many times I've felt ashamed, concerned about looks and the judgement of others. Unsafe and hyper aware of my surroundings. And I still feel like that sometimes. It's not as easy as just "shedding your clothes".

Today I visited the Biblioteca de Catalunya to see medieval #manuscripts 📓📖 I don't work directly with manuscripts, but it's always exciting to see the most tangible part of my research, the testimony of these troubadours so present in my life. Suddenly, they come to life🤍🥹 (Descriptions in alt)

Some of them contain lyric poetry, others narrative poetry, and others narrative prose (sometimes various genres together).

One of my most memorable #nudist experiences was reaching the top of a 2900 m mountain in the Pyrenees (Puigpedrós) in the nude, and having lunch at the peak, between Catalonia and France ⛰️🥾
