Simply being without clothes. It feels like freedom—the freedom to stop worrying about appearances, labels, brands, or expectations. It is feeling the sun and air on your skin and realizing that you don't have to hide or pretend to be someone else. For me, nudism is about acceptance.

When people are nude together, the source for character and personality comes from the inside instead of the outside. It forces an honest display that is much different from when we are wearing clothes. The costume is off and there are no more cues. We appear as we are. No more or less.

The shape or size of my body does not define who I am. Just as you can’t judge a book by its cover, you can’t judge a person by their body, and nudists understand this concept. In a social nudist setting, appearances fade, creating space for the person inside be revealed and amplified.
