Yet Switzerland could go and sanction any peaceful country. The initiative is pro-RU because it's only meaningful goal is to lift sanctions over tech Russia badly needs. P.S. Switzerland joined the anti-war sanctions, yet they forbade Swiss made weapons and ammo to be shipped to Ukraine.

Have you read what it was about? The whole thing was backed by a billionaire with deep ties to Russia. The plan calls for neutrality of sanctions, meaning only joining sanctions over wars approved in the UN. But Russia has veto power in the UN, so UN would never impose sanctions against Russia. ⬇️

In my country we didn't specifically help Putin. Russian mafia, pro-Russian left, pro-Russian centrists, collapse of economy, it all helped him create his apy/agents networks. We poured billions in Russian projects (the only pipe that works now, billions in needless nuclear plant equipment, etc.).
