For no particular reason, I feel I should mention I updated my RPG Fan Translation Directory a few days ago with a bunch of new/missing titles, and also a very important change in the last paragraph.

On Monday I saw Akira in the theatre on the big screen and tonight I saw Star Trek The Motion Picture in the theatre on the big screen. This might initially sound like a very big contrast but it turns out that actually, a few details aside, they are basically the exact same movie

Hey, are you interested in playtesting a new (unannounced) Love Conquers All Games release? Must be comfortable with queer 18+ content and have time in the next three weeks. If so please send an email with "Playtesting unannounced game" as the subject to christine@loveconquersallgames.com . Thanks!

If history has shown us anything it's that corporate greed will never listen. I would walk right into the boardroom and simply piss on the table, say nothing, and walk out. I will at least have inconvenienced their day and maybe ruined a very expensive table while at it.

We, as a society, need to get back to normalizing 5/10 as a perfectly acceptable average score for all forms of media.

And that's a wrap on the backlog. In total it wound up being about 138 games. There was closer to about 145 but some wound up already in progress or had already been decided on and i just forgot to move them ages ago. At least now the backlog is organized

STILL ONLY ₤1.30 (Source.)

Computer & Video Games Magazine #112, a UK game magazine from March 1991. The cover is framed in red "Danger" markings. Up top, it lists "AMIGA MEGADRIVE ST SUPER FAMICOM C64 SEGA SPECTRUM SEGA AMSTRAD PC ENGINE PC NINTENDO" (in that order, yes I know there's repeats) The title is yellow in a red circle; below, Poison (a redhead fighter in a Shadoloo flight cap, wielding a knife and handcuffs, and wearing a gold coffin earring) looks at you, to a backdrop of Vegas neon. Bottom left, a first-person racing game screenshot is subtitled "SUPER MONACO GP: US GOLD'S BEST CONVERSION YET?" The footer states "REVIEWED! FAMICOM SUPER MARIO WORLD, TURRICAN 2, SOLAR JETMAN, SNAKE RATTLE 'N' ROLL, PRO TENNIS TOUR 2" and "WIN!! EXTERMINATOR COIN-OP SUPER FAMICOM AND CONSOLES GLAORE!"
