🚨Rare visitor spotted on BC’s coast 🚨 A Sharp-tailed Sandpiper was spotted by a NTBC crew member! Rarely seen in BC, this sandpiper breeds on the Russian tundra and migrates to Australasia. Juveniles sometimes pause in BC before their nonstop Pacific flight. #birding #conservation #bc

A stylized illustration of a woodpecker perched on the right side against a dark green background. The woodpecker is depicted in high-contrast black and white, resembling a stencil. On the left, large bold cream-colored text reads “For All Of Us, Forever.” Above the text is a small blue circular badge with white text that says “SAVE THIS PLACE.” Below the text are two small labels: a green label with the word “RESTORE” and a brown diamond-shaped label with the word “PROTECT.” The background features subtle abstract patterns resembling topographic or wood grain lines, adding texture and depth. The overall tone conveys a message of conservation and protection of nature.
