As an example of one such character... meet Chakha! Being of the Torgud tribe, she eschews clothing, preferring to garb herself only in body paint. However, her particular tribe split off from the Torgud to live in the mountains, so she's a bit more wild compared to her brethren in the desert.

I don't think it's ever mentioned in the game but my HC for ffxiv is that they don't have condoms but do have contraceptives you can ingest. I personally imagine it as a tea like in ASOIAF (which Skala takes religiously because she's terrified of pregnancy but loves getting creampied)
