The findings reveal a particular vulnerability among younger EMS Clinicians. In the 18 to 34 age bracket, suicide accounted for 23.5% of all deaths among EMS Clinicians, compared to 16.4% in the general population. Overall, EMS Clinicians had 39% higher adjusted odds of death by suicide.
