I don't understand people who get angry that strangers aren't forced to talk to each other in video games. You can play the game without a mic, mics are optional, there are ping buttons for a reason. I don't miss being forced to talk to strangers for hours, my least favorite part about retail.

When people complain about a video game series that they've played for a decade plus that doesn't bring them joy anymore, I wonder why they just don't stop playing it. Video games shouldn't make you miserable, they are supposed to be fun. It's okay if your favorite video game changes over time.
