this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (for months on end…) #mangaartist #ocsky #digitalart

A continuation of the comic in the previous image.
“We’ll do this the hard way,” Orcus says dispassionately. His eyes glow an eerie green against pitch black sclera, and a black and green aura appears around him. Cerberus’s irises are ringed with the same green. He trembles as Orcus’s aura washes over him, shattering his aurorae and dispersing them into green and magenta distortion. Whatever defiance he could muster before is gone now, replaced by an expression of sheer terror.

Arguably the scariest part was that Gracie wasn’t even magically compelled—the Citadel only used regular old-fashioned mundane brainwashing and manipulation—EXCEPT to snap her out of it 🫪 (Terrence cast Command: “Understand”). She was technically under her own will the whole time…

Joined a cult, drank the koolaid, committed war crimes, and had to be forcibly snapped out of it by her little brother Gracie was very scary herself during all this, but I’m sure the aftermath rattled her in a big way… she was someone who’d always aspired to be a hero before 🥲 #mangaartist #ocsky

A digital sketch of Gracie, a human fighter in her late 20s with long, spiky, dark hair, clambering out of a large pit in a monastery surrounded by excavated debris. She is clad in full plate armor and has a longbow slung over her shoulder and a greatsword lain on the ground in front of her. Blood is splattered all over her, but especially on her sword and the upper half of her face. She is smiling, but it doesn’t reach her eyes; her brows are slightly furrowed, and heavy dark circles frame her desperate, ragged gaze.

A digital sketch of Gracie, a human fighter in her late 20s with long, spiky, dark hair and a scar across her left cheek, from the shoulders up. She is frowning and covering her eyes with her right hand, which is covered in blood that runs down her face. Her hair, neck, and shoulders are also splattered with blood.

A digital sketch of an embrace between Terrence and Gracie Hazeglow, a pair of human siblings with dark, spiky hair and fair skin. Terrence (he/him, 23, wizard/cleric) pulls his sister Gracie into a hug, careful to avoid the spikes on her armor. Gracie (she/her, 27, fighter) slumps against him, arms at her sides and eyes screwed shut as she sobs into his shoulder. Blood is splattered all over her, but especially her forehead and hands.

To put this in perspective chestnut trees used to be dominant species in the United States. Billions of trees were killed by fungal blight and now fully grown America chestnuts are functionally extinct. There is no getting them back. Ever. All for a data center. www.gadgetreview.com/one-of-ameri...
