15 years(!) after the Nissan Leaf was launched, and at last.. I've got one of my own🔌 I bought it today second-hand, and it's driving great. It's almost as good as my partner's Ioniq 5, but for a fraction of the price. She's just happy I won't need to steal her car as much now🤷‍♂️

All this ‘what if there’s a power cut?’ stuff being used as an argument AGAINST EVs. Apart from the fact petrol pumps don’t work, here’s the other side of the coin, from Facebook. An EV owner using V2L to keep vital household stuff running.

Comment on Fully Charged Show episode about fossil funded push back against EVs: "I'm an uber driver with 28 years in the trade, I'm driving an iPace. Best thing I've done, the money I spent on fuel, servicing, repair costs have been ridiculous for 27 years. I wouldn't go back to petrol or diesel."

How ridiculous is this? Source; BBCNEWS China is still defined by the United Nations as a "developing" country, meaning it has no formal obligation to cut greenhouse gas emissions or provide financial help to poorer countries.
