I am raising awareness for a very important cause!!!

STOP WITH EPITHET ABUSE! Just refer to your characters by names and pronouns. Unless referring to them by physical characteristics is meaningful in any way, it just seems like you forgot your characters' names or something.

Imagine that humans develop a sixth sense. What is this sense? How does it work? How do people react to it?

Write a short piece exploring how this changes the way we experience the world, our daily lives, relationships, communication, and society.

Read a book you enjoyed as a child but haven’t read in years. Before you start, note down what you liked about it and what has stuck with you over time. Then, re-read the book with the critical eye of a writer and note down what works for you, and what you feel could have been better. Compare it to your previous notes and reflect on what this tells you about how you engaged with writing at two different times of life with two different approaches.

The world has just discovered a new colour.

Write about how people react, how it changes the art, science, and culture of society, and what strange effects—if any—the colour might have on people who can see it.
