I’m thinking about an AU where Jayce, Viktor, and Mel met as teens. She joined them at the Academy, stayed close as they started working together, and there’s a semi-romantic dynamic between all three. and I’m still trying to understand what Mel and Viktor meant to each other.

I’m in the middle of drawing a sad VikJayce comic set during their fight — the one where Jayce injures Viktor. It’s supposed to be heartbreaking… Meanwhile I keep distracting myself with completely unserious crap. I just can’t help it. #vikjayce

Our daily chat routine with @oidingus.bsky.social . This woman is really allergic to joy and loves to share the stab wounds This is how it’s feeling to be in fandom with her. She made me cry more than anyone My morning today started with this. I don’t like you !

Some messages from our jayvik chat with Oi: Imagine that in the end, Viktor and Jayce succeeded. After the explosion in the extradimensional space, they end up somewhere far away.

magical nights at the lab 🧬✨ #jayvik #arcane #fanart #jaycetalis #viktor

Arcane fanart illustration of Jayvik’s silhouettes shadow on a blackboard, the lab is mostly in darkness, there’s a dim blue light bathing eveything. Some of Jayce’s clothes are laying around on the desk. There’s also a sandwich and signs that they’ve been working, like an open book where his red tie is now resting. Through their shadows, we see Viktor is pulling Jayce in from his pants. His crutch must be leaning on some table as it’s standing behind. Jayce is holding Viktor’s chin with one hand and Viktor’s free hand, that is resting on his chest, with the other. The artwork is mostly in blue hues, drawn in a sort of cartoon comic-y style with thick black lineart, halftones and noise with an emphasis on light/shadow to showcase the shapes of objects, and added sparkles for the magic.

I'm rewatching ArcaneS1 and I can see the difference in Viktor's posture and how his clothes stick out in the 2nd act compared to the 1st. It's because of the back brace he was wearing. And this was the period when he was already acquainted with Jayce,=>
