The man's eyes go wide as saucers, and he beelines across the bar, skirts swishing as he takes the seat next to Jongho. "You shouldn't have come back here," Yeosang whispers, so none of the other patrons can hear.

"Why not?" Jongho smirks and sips his drink.

"Madam told me who you are. If they catch you here—"

"They'll kill me, yes," Jongho says smoothly. "I hope that tells you how badly I needed to see you again."

"I can't b—oh…" Yeosang goes silent for a moment, and Jongho watches with rapt interest as a blush crawls down Yeosang's neck and chest.

Mingi leans in even closer, slowly, carefully, until his lips are just ghosting Seonghwa’s. The older opens his mouth when he feels Mingi’s thumbs pulling down on his jaw. He closes his eyes, and the next thing he feels is Mingi’s hot breath mingling with his own.

How much of the smoke actually gets into Seonghwa’s lungs in a mystery to him, but he couldn’t care less. Not when Mingi’s lips are grazing his own, almost like a real kiss. Excess smoke billows out around them, stinging Seonghwa’s eyes behind his glasses but he couldn’t be happier. Mingi pulls away to fill his lungs and mouth with smoke again, and they repeat the process.
