Ancient ass camera telling me that the afternoon sun in summer isn't bright enough and we need to use the flash.

Image of the backside of a Nikon D60 camera with its flash up. It is facing a bright, sunlit garden and yet insists that the sun itself isn't bright enough

Screenshot of the portion of the WIP I've deleted but I really really like this part so let it be free here Not edited. First draft. So no judging. Yes, it's Patrochilles

Screenshot of a word doc. The text is:
He looked beautiful.
My heart ached.
His golden hair spilled and tumbled over the pillow like sunlit forest vines. His shut eyes moved underneath his eyelids, in the beginnings of wakefulness. His pink petal lips twitched and contorted into a grimace as his head moved rustily to the side. Forehead corrugated, his eyes slowly opened and he blinked.
Then his eyes drew straight at me.
In that heartbeat space of time in which our eyes met, I felt a lightning bolt of emotion strike through my soul. This man. This man. He was light and life. He was the sun that rose every morning and warmed the earth. He was the nourishing river that flowed through parched land, springing the plants to life. He was the word I tasted on the tip of my tongue. He was the creator of the gap inside me and the cure for it.
In that heartbeat space of time.
End text

Methinks this be called a desert rose, milady. Do I have your permission to put this in your hair once it is in full bloom?

An unbloomed pink desert rose bud speckled with drops of rainwater with green leaves surrounding it in the back. The flower is in the centre of the picture.

A hand, a foot and a very pissy Achilles. No guidelines. All wonkiness. Achilles looks like he's mad at the foot understandable lol I can't draw the back of his head because I don't get craniums. What a wonderful doctor I'll be. Like the hand tho. Proud of it.
