Hehe~ I was alluding to mud or quicksand, but yes, that works quite well too~

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

So hard to pull yourself out once you get deep enough in that sleepiness, yeah? :3c It just grips onto you, weighing you down as it sticks to you, and creating a strong suction as you try pulling yourself up... No matter how hard you try, the only ending for you seems to be letting the world fade~

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

It *does* get a bit easier to drop when you're a bit tired... but, too much, and you just fall asleep instead :P

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

i always like some sticky glue.... ~w~

120

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

lol no one i know has ever done that (' w' ) ...on a more real note, if this did hypothetically theoretically happen to me, I think I was just regular falling asleep instead of falling into trance :P I mean, uh, would be. Not was.

040

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Is it getting more attention? 'w' Where's the attention? 'w' Can I see? Can I see? Can I see?

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

That's one of the two I had on my wishlist, so that's good 'w' Even just getting more of a handle on what overlays other people use is helpful, too :3

020

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Which overlay is this? I've heard about other overlays for VR, but never really looked too much into the differences between them, and haven't wanted to commit to paying for one that might not be that good

Being a small account or any other kind of "pitiful" attribute doesn't exclude you from backlash or negative feedback. Again, not specifically related to the start of this conversation, just making a general blanket statement

020

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I wasn't saying there was any problem with it, only disagreeing with the idea that isn't advertisement

010

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I do disagree with the point that it's showing support for the *artist*, but it absolutely does show support for the art. It says "hey I like this thing enough to draw art of it" which is kind of the *most* effective form of advertising there is.

I know you can use Mom's foot like a bomb, but it's really just not worth it imo. Very rarely does that even need to come into play

This isn't the only place I'm seeing shit about it either? Maybe it's just blowing up *because* people are getting mad about it. Which is kinda the silliest part :P

010

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

idk why some random r63 harry potter fic got so big (gotta be like one of a million) but I think it's really funny which groups of people are apparently getting really mad about it. Especially considering who the biggest progenitors of both Harry Potter fanfic and r63 content have historically been

Least useful of the standard arcana imo. Even including, like, The Fool

110

🌀Maestro Nouic🎶 @nouic.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Oh, don't worry~ After working out the details, it seems that... I've come into ownership of the both of them~ Just need to take *plenty* of time to work out what to do with this newfound power...

It's all too easy to get ensnared within the genie's curse, doubly so if you've been commanding one for a while. Now Opal gets to know how it feels!
