Dit is inderdaad een regelrechte schande. Al die schuldeisers blijven in de kou, en de kans is groot dat het in de toekomst opnieuw foutloopt. Het is een beleidskeuze om niet meer te investeren in de opsporings- en vervolgingscapaciteit terwijl het zoveel zou kunnen opbrengen. Ook preventief.
