There are solid reasons to apply to top tier schools & see how little it may cost to go there. In my mind a full ride at Michigan beats borrowing 30k a year to go to Harvard. 120

The University of Texas paid all tuition, fees, & a little extra towards books. There was 1 higher tier scholarship that I didn’t get. You should get each school’s highest tier offer. 120
