It's modular. The nut and lumbar armor I added Velcro so they can attached in-between the panels. The neck protector I added a couple of molle straps inside the plate carrier, stripped the padding, trimmed the edge, and added loops so the shoulder straps can be fed through.

So rounding errors be damned, I calculated a near theoretical stoichiometric Ammonium Nitromethane Nitromethane Gel (Using Nitrocellulose as the gelling agent). Based on US paten 3,377,217, 60:40 ANNM + 10% Nitrocellulose weight to Nitromethane, I got a +0.681 Valence which makes it fuel rich.
