A new client just contacted me after watching this podcast interview. They said they were attracted by the blunt title, “How To Actually improve A City.” Inspiration is very important, but ideas, action, leadership and much more persuasive communication are key to the urban change we badly need.

For now, replies will be limited while W Social is under development, but I hope to open them up as new features around privacy and interaction settings are rolled out. I am very interested to see what social media is like when all users need to be verified as real humans. I'm optimistic!
