iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Figured I'd treat myself to a couple games before the sale ends. One of them featuring your Mom, you can take a guess which one.

I've missed out on quite a few games I was excited for this year, just because life has been a bit too hectic for me. I made a start to 007 First Light on release then instantly had to drop it so, continuing with it now 👀.

The things I would do for another South Park game. It's hard to believe these were developed by Ubisoft.

Game #28 of 2026 Resident Evil 4 I didn't know what to expect going into this, just that people have always praised it. I can see why, but it wasn't as good as the more horror focused entries for me. I'm hoping I enjoy Requiem more! Although I may do the DLC next.

I started a new playthrough of The Witcher 3 in June of this year and instantly had to pause it. I'm thankful I did now, as it means I'll (hopefully) get a more refined experience when playing the DLC for the first time 💀.

Wardogs came out 17 days ago and I'm about to hit 100 hours.. I've played roughly 6 hours a day and I still can't stop thinking about it. I'm having so much fun with it, I've just come off and want to go back on again. This doesn't happen often 🤣.

It is downloading! I won't lie, I wasn't that excited for Control Resonant to begin with but the more I've seen of it, the more I want to play.

Hope everyone enjoys Silent Hill townfall! I'm gonna be sitting this one out as I'm yet to play SHf and still recovering from the Hospital in SH2 🤣.

Game #27 of 2026 Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced I had been hyped for this since the rumours began and thankfully it lived up to the hype entirely, partly fuelled by nostalgia but nevertheless I had such an amazing time replaying this. Give me more content in this world, please.

Two Point Hospital is one of my favourite games of the past decade, It took me back to a genre of games I adored as a kid and was somehow nostalgic despite being brand new. I'd love for @twopointstudios.bsky.social to do something for a sequel somehow, 'Two Point Two Hospital'. The meme potential..

I don't remember the last time I had as much fun as I'm having with Wardogs. I've played 10 hours today, and it barely felt like I'd played 3. Yes, the stupid giggle at the end was required.

Matt // elkz 🕹️ @notelkz.net · 10/09/2026

I dunno why people are acting like a 7/8 out of 10 is a 'bad game'. The one upside to this having slightly lower ratings? The price will probably drop faster. I'll pick it up in 6 months or so 🤷‍♂️

Where can I buy more time to play video games? 😭. I've been so busy lately I've barely had time to play anything. I'm only 6 hours into Dawnwalker and I'm itching to play more.

Managed to pre-order the Zelda Controller + Switch 2 😭

I have zero plans for the next week, It's time to see what all the fuss is about with The Blood of Dawnwalker! I've been looking forward to this since it was first announced 😁.

Game #26 of 2026 Grand Theft Auto IV The last of the 'modern' GTAs that I had left to play. I'll admit, It's my least of favourite of the 3D games in the series, but I still had a blast playing through it. The thing is, do I now do a Red Dead Redemption 2 replay.. 🤔

Matt // elkz 🕹️ @notelkz.net · 30/08/2026

That GTA VI footage has made me want to finish off my playthroughs of all modern GTAs. Time to go bowlin'.

The most gaming I've managed in the last few weeks is just changing what game is in the Switch 2 💀. Hoping to start something new with Pokemon Legends ZA today!

I'm not one for buying skins in live service games but Battlefield 6 has me by the balls right now.

Game #25 of 2026 A Way Out It doesn't matter what Hazelight do, It's just pure gold. I can't wait for whatever they're making next. I had as much fun playing this a second time around, even if @reneegade17.bsky.social did make it troublesome at times.

The most important thing is finally unpacked, even if it is a temporary space for them.

050

Matt // elkz 🕹️ @notelkz.net · 02/08/2026

Treated myself to a 'house warming' present as I loved the first game so much. Now that the move and unpacking are (mostly) finished, I'm excited to get back into games and hopefully finish Resident Evil 4 and Assassin's Creed Black Flag in the next week or so!

This is such a Mom reply, the only way it would get any better is if it was simply '👍'.

There's a cat that keeps coming by our house and just laying by the door meowing. He looks super skinny and I don't think anyone is taking care of him. I'm going to find out if he's chipped tomorrow, the amount he's been around makes me think he's been abandoned 😔.

I've spent most of my time upgrading the Jackdaw so far, I'm 20 hours in and only just did my first Fort.. I forgot just how fun this game was, even just sailing around. I'm having a blast, It's exactly what I needed tonight.

Apparently me buying games on Steam is what lead to Sony deciding to quit printing discs? I had no idea. In that case, I would like to apologize to the entire gaming community for spending my money however I want. Get fucked, elkz.

So the France vs Morocco officials are all Argentinian. That seems completely fair? There is some seriously questionable shit happening at this World Cup.
