Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 08/09/2026My wife started cross stitching recently, i know you even done other patterns, is this an available design? 121
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 01/06/2026Realised that when I felt like a “man” I was always unhappy, and when I felt like a “girl” I wasn’t. 120

Reposted by Athena Kipencastpixel ⚧️⚢ @castpixel.bsky.social · 05/03/2026I haven't had work in months. I'm a good art director, expert pixel artist, and although I prefer to do art, I can also make entire games from start to finish if necessary, as pictured. Not the greatest coder, but I get the job done (like Chapell Roan I guess). please share 5449242

Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 07/02/2026You drive a hard bargain, if you accept a 1x1 piece I’m happy to take that commission :P 110
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 04/02/2026Lolol I just had someone legitimately ask me if I can do two custom pieces of my pixel mtg cards which are high res, in a week, for the cost of 20$. Like buddy, I could get you one in that timeframe maybe. but certainly not for 20$ XD 150
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 29/01/2026Also, I did a commission of a friends cat recently #pixelart 16612
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 29/01/2026Alesha, Who Smiles at Death is now available on my etsy #pixelart #magicthegathering 090
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 23/01/2026I have to print through a specialist/professional printer. It definitely adds a lot of "oh god I have to get this right" to the process because printing is so expensive 110
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 22/01/2026This alter is now available over on my Etsy (link in the replies) #pixelart #magicthegathering 080
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 22/01/2026It’s plastic, results in a more premium feeling product too. I give the printer the image file and a vector file. The vector is for where I want color to be fully opaque, fortunately I can choose spots to have color but not be opaque to make transparency. I used that trick a lot these new alters 110
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 21/01/2026it is now available as an overlay alter on my etsy if you're interested ;) 210
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 21/01/2026Heya, this alternate art is now available on my Etsy as an overlay alter! #pixelart #magicthegathering 0233
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 21/01/2026It’s basically what happened with my Obeka alter, I did one for the original card and then they made a new card so my alter is still good for both 110
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 21/01/2026It does have the feature of not being owned by musk which is a pretty big feature tho XD 130
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 20/01/2026Now available as a physical overlay alter over on my etsy. #pixelart #magicthegathering 0267
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 20/01/2026It’s also nice that I can reasonably sell them, and it’s not permanent so if folks want to go back to the original they can. 110

Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 18/04/2025It was just the complete lack of thinking through what he was asking that got me. 000
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 15/04/2025I was making Kana Quest at the time (dominoes style puzzle game that uses the Japanese alphabet as puzzle pieces to teach you how to read). This guy asked me if you could just have the English visible all the time… as if that wouldn’t invalidate the entire point of the game. 230
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 31/03/2025Heya, I’m Athena. I’m a trans woman and I made 2020’s Kana Quest. A puzzle game that teaches hiragana and katakana 040
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 15/03/2025I’ve done quite a few now. My first one was an alter of Obeka, Brute Chronologist 000
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 15/03/2025I do take commissions they are just slow because I’ve gone back to uni. But the Gyrson Starn, Kellermorph alter I did was a commission 110
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 15/03/2025Thanks for asking, but please do not, you can buy the overlay alter from my Etsy soon 110
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 14/03/2025Please do not do that. I will be selling an overlay of this design on my Etsy shortly. If you wanna use my art please use the products I sell. 220
Athena Kipen @notdeaddesign.bsky.social · 14/03/2025Ty, I wanted to give the impression of Phyrexian text without it actually being written in a made up language XD 010
