'AI' should be regulated like tobacco It would be really neat tech if it wasn't spearheaded by utter serrated windscreen wipers who never learned what an externality is

I haven't been able to work on Atalor due to an ongoing health issue that requires surgery (has to do with my voice/sinus) So here's a random sketch from FrostedScales of how offspring between a Cyonian and Bala'ur might look like.

I think Dave Filoni hate is from fatigue, he's had his hands on star wars for a while now, he did well with some of the animated stuff (tales of the jedi) and mando's earlier seasons. But his writing can be inconsistent, and admittedly samey. I feel what some detractors feel to a less degree.

I'm extremely sad today. Imminently losing a pet knowing you really only have some hours of free time between work and sleep to sit with them before you need to drive to the vet is just.... man.

When I know I'm about to watch a bad movie with friends is my 'when to do it'. It limits it to like once or twice a month, and has great results mhm mhm.

Sat down with a friend to watch Fallout Episode 3, news broke mid episode. I knew it was coming, everything pointed to it, but not this soon. Modern north american Journelists will never make a stand on anything.

I'm not shocked at all there was a bit of a vendetta under the surface to their comments. But it os disappointing.

When I was working on my avali army and raikitamatsu investigations, Aico repeatedly and persistantly in DM's insisted upon the fact that the Spirivali was an AI generated model despite my having onhand proof that wasn't the case. In addition to other rather rude assertions about Avali enjoyers.

I'm not a regular viewer of his, I just watch the podcast he appeared on, and have him pop up in my shorts feed sometimes. But yeah, he works on his model himself in blender, does the hats and outfits. It was interesting.

Nota @nota.gwah.ing · 08/12/2025

I've watched him on a podcast talk about modeling and setting up his vtuber rig. It's an actual effort'd model. And yes, the 'hating vtuber' thing is more like an injoke with his audience about hating being called one. He has clips of him 'crashing out' in tarkov when fans ingame call him one.

It's an audio drama! Art, sound, acting, and publishing are all a part. I like concepting my critters and working to make their scifi setting feel real. I was inspired by BSG. Frosted is very talented and helpful. Sometimes they just come up with excellent sketches like this ^.^

People fear the potential for a Homelander or an evil superman. An envitable consequence of being in the public eye is some narcissist tendencies. It's how we protect ourselves from scrutiny from so many people, but it also insulates from legitimate concerns. It'd take someone very wise to do right
