For 2 weeks now I've been limping with a painful leg.It's not so severe to go to the doctor,impossible to ignore. I begrudgingly asked AI to look at the symptoms and figure it out. I figured out a long time ago that I don't have clinical depression. Even when it's bleak,I seem to have an autopilot to keep going. I do notice that my world is turning all grey.At age 6, the world was Technicolor and I could feel joy, warmth and happy. I think my coping and masking keep me moving.

Begrudgingly admits I can't tolerate them. Then I found out he could have done a DNA test for the gene that makes the pain. ???

I guess I should post an update on my wife's alcoholism. She's been (mostly) sober for about 2 weeks.Had one slip when I had a small mental health blowup. At the moment,she is communicating.Shows remorse.Talks about prevention. Biggest issue is my PTSD.The second show always drops. I'm hypervigilant

Day 5 of vacation. Today, I cleaned up after the huge meal I made. After that, I went to the hardware store and got a new tub faucet so my shower actually works. Then, to top it off, I fixed the scratching posts on the cat tree. I'm not sure where people get the idea that vacations are relaxing.

It's finally here. Took my wife to her detox for her 3 month's stay at rehab. Broke me financially (again). She never filled out the disability paperwork so I had to fund the cab and other transport fees from detox to rehab. Rent is going to be a real hassle. Worth it. Peace of mind.
