America.gov, how many felonies has Donald Trump been convicted of?

A New York state jury found Donald J. Trump guilty on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree (N.Y. Penal Law § 175.10) on May 30, 2024.

That is a state conviction, not a federal one. I did not find an official count of additional felony convictions in other cases from these sources.

I cannot give legal advice. Court records and later appeals can change a case’s status; the documents above describe the jury verdict of 34 counts.

How many times does Donald Trump appear in the Epstein files?

I cannot give a verified count or a reliable rough estimate. The Department of Justice has not published an official tally of how many times Donald Trump is cited in the Epstein-file releases.

DOJ has described the size of the production (about 3.5 million pages) and posted the records. That is not the same as a mention count for any person.

A February 2026 congressional letter claimed he was “referenced over 38,000 times” in files released to that point. That is not a DOJ figure, and I cannot confirm it.

I hate food stamps because middle-class people just trying to own a house and survive eat worse than those in poverty.

Families earning $60-$80k with 2 kids trying to make a mortgage are worse off than many people on food stamps with Section 8 housing.

We should either eliminate income thresholds or eliminate the program.
