The hardest part of adding this Closed Caption plugin is navigating GitHub 😂 forgive the last image stuffed with 6 steps, I forgot image limits lol obsproject.com/forum/resour...

Screenshot of an OBS plugin website page for Closed Captioning. A link is highlighted with a pink box with the text: "1. click this"

Screenshot of a GitHub Page with the "Releases" link highlighted with a pink box and pink arrows with the text: 2. then click this

Screenshot of a GitHub downloads page with the download links highlighted with a pink box with the text: 3. then click one of these (98% of us are probably on Windows)

a set of instructions

- "4. Unzip the zip... and open the folder" with a screenshot of a zip folder and a folder

- "5. Copy this folder" with a screenshot of a folder "obs-plugins" highlighted with a pink box

- "6. Paste it here" with a screenshot of a directory "This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files > obs-studio"

- "7. Open OBS and at the top go to 'Tools' and 'Cloud Closed Captions'" with a screenshot of the OBS top menu

- "8. A window should open. Click 'Settings' on the top right" with a screenshot of an OBS plugin window with the "Settings" button on the top right highlighted

- "9. Check the top checkbox 'Captioning Enabled' and select your 'Caption Source' usually Mic/Aux" with a screenshot of an OBS plugin for closed captions
