I saw Na Hong-jin's new film "Hope" today and though it's loaded with action and has an interesting underlying theme, its 2 hour and 37 minute run time killed it for me. Had it been about 45 minutes shorter, it would be a new classic. 🎞️📽️🎥🎬🎦🍿

Whoever said that was a dolt. The film was the biggest of all the Star Trek films because people who hadn't seen an episode of Trek came to see it and loved it too. It really appealed to both the Trekkies and non-Trekkies.

My favorite part of the Marathon was Monday morning between 2am and 5am, when Jerry was exhausted and the REAL Jerry came out. There was always at least one outburst from him at the camera guys and at some point he'd call someone an "angry Jew" as the crowd laughed sheepishly.
