My brilliant friend Tal Zalmanovich wrote a brilliant book: Broadcasting Apartheid: British Television and the Anti-Apartheid Campaign, 1950-1990. This fantastic book offers important lessons about how solidarity can cross borders to fight against oppression and make a difference in the world.

Reminder: we are being trained not to care about other people. It underlines the attacks on migrants, on DEI, on trans youth, on so-called "wokeness." Sure there are legitimate critiques but this is not about critiques. It's about supercharging capitalism's culture of uncare.

The political imaginaiton of Trump's plan for Gaza is not new. It resonates with the Zionist ethnic cleansing of 1948, the Nakba, and the ethnic cleansing of Native Americans in the United States. We need to train a New Political Imaginaiton.
