I live there for 30 years in 2002. We moved after my father passed. But this is exactly accurate. When I was little, we lived in the Anchorage on a houseboat and then a boat, I grew up in the 80s and 90s and this was the best scenario for a vividly free childhood, museums, Balboa Park etc
