A dark haired boy wearing feminine clothing (a dark choker, white tennis shoes, large lime-green flat circle earrings, a skintight shiny black dress, and an oversized cream-colored “off-shoulder sweatshirt” worn over top of the black spaghetti-strap dress) is underwater, chained by his ankles to an iron ball stuck in the sand, gagged with a white cloth, and arms shackled behind his back. Exclamation marks indicate he is alarmed, as well as the expression on his face— his eyes are opened in fear so wide that the whites of his eyes show around his irises.
