Our firm @cagoldberglaw.bsky.social won a landmark appeal (9-0!) in our cases against Amazon for promoting selling & home-delivering high purity sodium nitrite, a suicide poison, to the public. We’re bringing cases on behalf of the families of 28 people who lost their lives to SN bought on Amazon.

Our firm @cagoldberglaw.bsky.social, along with our co-counsel, filed a lawsuit against Match Group yesterday on behalf of 6 Jane Does. Match Group knew that Stephen Matthews was using its apps, Hinge & Tinder, to drug and rape his victims. Now, Match Group has to answer its victims in court.
