Teleprompters are not particularly expensive and very effective. There's stigma associated with using them but as a convert I maintain that they're a skill and a craft and make the annoying part into something creative.

really excited about work. been excited for work non stop for weeks now. just get up in the morning and go "cool, gonna go to work, i am jazzed about that." sometimes work doesn't turn out great. and that's okay. i wake up the next day and get excited again. i don't think i ever felt like this.
