In my professional life as a PT, I encourage people to research their symptoms online. Getting that diagnosis can be arduous, but I encourage folks to pursue formal diagnoses because if you know what you have, you'll have a much easier time managing your symptoms. Self diagnosing is a good start.

They did massively over-promise and under-deliver, but by 2020 when I picked it up again, it was a damn good game. It's NOT a FPS so not everyone's idea of a good game, but ALL updates and expansions have continued to be FREE. No other game that I know of, has done that.

Sometimes that takes a while to achieve. Hello Games' No Man's Sky is a good example of that. On release in 2016 it was an absolute dog, but for the last couple years it's been wildly successful, so much so they recently became a publisher for other indie games.
