@yourkickstartersucks.com i dont know what's sadder. Having logged 219 listening hours for this pod, or the fact that I'm only in the top 5%

When redditors get outted for pretending to be experts and giving baseless advice 👌
A reddit comment section on a post asking for advice on buying SSDs.

Person 1: I would look into Crucial if you want a reliable cheap SSD. It will do the job just okay. Ideally, I would look into WD or Samsung SSDs. Altough, they are not cheap.

Person 2: What do those do better than the crucial?

P1: They are more reliable and should deliver better proformance overall (depends on the model)

P2: More reliable by doing what? The thread continues.

P2: More reliable doing what?

P1: They are more reliable in terms of quality of the parts and the warrenty. But, you can buy whatever you want, this is just my choice ;)

P2: Right and I'm trying to learn. You say the quality of the parts is better. How so? What parts? What is different about them?

P1: Unfortunately, I am not working at the factory or assemble them. Thus, I won't be able to answer this. It just feels in the hands. It feels and looks like better parts are used, also the specs looks better for them. As for the other question, just overall experience with SSDs and how it feels in the hands. Additionally, you might check the reviews, that's how I got my first SSD.Last comment in comment thread...

Person 3: So you're telling me that you determine the quality of something based on how it "feels in the hands"????

Have you designed your reaction buttons to be too small and too close together for users to tap reliably? Just change every button to invoke a prompt that lets the user select which button they meant to press!

What rights are you talking about? What rights do you have? Have you read up on them at all? Have you even read the article you initially replied to? Because if you did, you would've seen this:

I only opened it to change out the old fans, and instead found a dried puddle of brown sticky fluid that had pooled under the battery. At first, i thought the battery leaked, but the fluid is clearly from above the battery. (See alt text) Plus, a battery wouldn't leak this kind of liquid
A spot under my battery where the fluid has stained itThe underside of my laptop chasis, where stains apparently indicate that the fluid leaked from somewhere near the cooling assembly, down into where the battery sits

Bought this really cool looking 60s pressing of a book ive been enjoying. Ace is mainly a science-fiction/fantasy publisher, so their choice of description for this non-fiction autobiography is pretty hilarious
Photo of the book Operators and Things by Barbara O'Brien. On the cover, the description reads: "Strange, amazing, unbelievable yet true — the fantastic experiences of a self-cured schizophrenic which have baffled the psychiatrists. The Nashville Banner calls it "a remarkable story ... the layman will be intrigued, the professional will be amazed ..." The bottom of the cover reads: "The real-life adventure that is stranger than science-fiction!"
