For a limited time, you can download Disharmony of the Spheres for just $2 at books2read.com/b/3L8Lxw Description in the Alt text #scifi #sciencefiction #books

The cover of Disharmony of the Spheres. The cover features a young woman with her hand over one eye. Several cracked spheres appear all over the picture, with one of them right over her open eye.
Cover art by the late great Laura Givens.

Mental illness is very common in our society, but it's also very misunderstood. Many view those with mental illnesses as being weak, but there is a great deal of strength in those that must battle their own minds on a regular basis.
Disharmony of the Spheres focuses on characters with mental illnesses that are still able to be successful. They may not completely overcome their illnesses, but they are able to beat them back and succeed.
In this volume, you will find the fiction of Ian Brazee Cannon, Sharon Lee and Steve Miller, MH Bonham, David Lee Summers, Nicole Givens Kurtz, Kate Runnels, Michael Morgan, L.J. Bonham, Carol Hightshoe, Francis W. Alexander, and Terrie Leigh Relf.
This book is dedicated to all of the science fiction fans and writers that must battle their own personal demons every day, and half of all of the profits from this book will go to The Yellow Ribbon Suicide Prevention Organization, a group that battles teen suicide.

The cover of The Divided States of America Vol. 1. The cover features the American flag with flames in front of it.

No one can say with any reasonable certainty when the United States of America began to fall apart. Many point to the presidential election of 2016, but most believe the breakup started long before this. Now, in the year 2110, the former United States is made up of 14 nation-states and The Wastelands. Some of the nation-states have prospered under self-rule, while others have declined. Some nation-states are very accepting of outsiders, while others trust no one…sometimes not even their fellow citizens. There is chaos in some places, and order in others…sometimes too much order.

My bestseller for September 2026 was my latest novel, Slave to the Stars. Download it at books2read.com/u/3Gg068 #scifi #sciencefiction #books

The cover of Slave to the Stars. The cover features a teenage girl standing in a field with a starship behind her. Behind the ship are some very tall trees.

Tilmath was born a slave, but she was no ordinary slave. Unlike most humans, she was an Espari, a human capable of sensing the emotions of other beings.

Now, having escaped from her slave masters, the teenager finds herself on the run and about to meet some of the most interesting creatures she could ever imagine, and go on an adventure that she could never dream of. Using her poorly trained empathic senses, she tries to do everything she can to survive, but quickly learns that survival isn’t the most important thing for a slave girl escaping to the stars.

The cover for The Ephemeris Guide to Corporations: A supplement for the Ephemeris 2.0 RPG
The image is of the surface of Mars
All of the species in the Ephemeris 2.0 game have developed corporations during their evolution. For some, like the Humans, these corporations are a vital part of their culture, and some would even say that they dominate their culture. Among others, like the Beckath, corporations are something that’s in the background. Kept in check as much as possible, and not a threat to sentients, like many corporations are.

Now, step inside and learn more about some of the corporations that you might introduce to your Ephemeris 2.0 RPG. You’ll find corporations that actually help their species, but most of them are interested in only one thing…profits.

The Ephemeris Guide to Corporations also introduces nano implants to the game. These were first introduced in Delirious Dice 2, but now they become a part of the core rules.

Many would like to think that as our species evolves, crime will disappear, but most know this is not true. Crime has always been with us, and it always will. The cover for Environmental Holocaust 2026. The image features a massive lightning storm over the ocean. The cover also features the names of all of the authors.

Despite what some might say, global climate change seems to be real, and it's getting worse by the year. Now, seven authors take on the task of telling their stories about Environmental Holocaust.

Just how bad could it be? VERY. Each story takes a different approach, some set in the very near future, some set in the distant future when things have gone from worse to almost uninhabitable.

None of these stories are cheerful, but they are all very realistic.

We stand on the edge of an Environmental Holocaust. Can we save ourselves?
