Like I saw midnight spiderman, and decided immediately that I wanted to read it, but I look at absolute Batman and think nah. I'm not their audience. 🐾

Doing good can be that easy, you know, darlings? someone asks you, can you spy on X for me? And you choose to do nothing. That's it, you are a good person doing good. 🐾

Doing nothing can be a good thing. If your choice is to murder someone or do nothing, please choose to do nothing. 🐾

TLDR: I keep watching Raid Shadow Legends more and more as I progress into the game instead of playing it. 🐾

010

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

FYI: It's not the same as you going first and killing me before I get my turn, darlings. Although that's annoying, it's fair. The thing is that older players have champions with incredibly high speeds, so devs introduced skills that can ignore that. It's a horrible mess, darlings. 🐾

110

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Champions have skills that can activate regardless of whose turn it is. So an entire fight can happen before we can do anything. The feeling of being cheated is annoying if you, like me, are used to RPGs, because you don't get your turn to play. And there's no way for the devs to fix this today. 🐾

110

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

To me, #RaidShadowLegends shows why most RPG systems are turn-based. At first, they aimed for realism: if I have 100 speed and you have 200, you attack first and get two turns for every one of mine. That makes sense, but nowadays this system has become a huge mess because of power creep. 🐾

Hell, any student knows this feeling, darlings. Did you become smarter after having to take a test 10 times until you finally succeeded? Not really, right? You just learned what to expect on a test from a particular professor. 🐾

010

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

Extra: I believe I figured out. There is a clan quest that we complete if we place in the top three in a tournament. It still seems such a waste of energy though (I shall never do such a quest unless I'm alone while scoring points for a tournament). 🐾

010

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

Extra 2: Honestly, I feel devs need to keep corporate types out of their meetings or something (and not only at Plarium). They don’t contribute good ideas. Create a fake event just for them, or give them a day off when it’s time to design gaming aspects. 🐾

010

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Extra: "Nom, you did not talk about the proving grounds or the new Frontier event" - anonymous. And that should say all you need to know, darlings. But if you want my input, Proving grounds is cursed city 2.0. And the frontier event is the fusion between the forge pass and titan event. Lame. 🐾

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

FYI: there is a delay when we score points in any tournament. I don't know why, but I've noticed it today, maybe it's a safety feature. 🐾

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Extra2: I’ve heard such speeches more than once btw. In retrospect, I probably should have done something, but sadly, I hadn’t yet digivolved into who I am now. And these men probably knew I wouldn't do anything to them back then.🐾

FYI2.a: And that's also a practice that works on the entire LGBTQIA+ spectrum. "Do you want to rule? fine, we are not bigots. We don't hate you. Just don't change any rules and accept things as they are. You will be above it anyway, so..." - creepy old cis men. Many people will take on the offer. 🐾

I love living in a big city & having access to technology, but I have no delusions: I would die in any forest (even if I beat any man or bear there). The only thing I don't like about the city is the people living in it, & sadly, they would also be in the countryside; unless it's a private island. 🐾

FYI 2: “But women have leading roles at Cornell University, Nom.” — anonymous. Stop being gullible, darling. If they were accepted by the status quo, they are complacent about it. It's a strategy that creepy men came up to not change their precious institutions and traditions. 🐾

110

Nom__XD, 飲ん, 诺穆 (They/Them) 🐈‍⬛ @nom-xd.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

FYI: When I say “men,” I mean cis men, to be clear. I feel like the “good” ones, if any, should change such institutions instead of enjoying the perks they grant them. Or maybe only the creepiest men are able to obtain power in such institutions, which, to be fair, is possible. 🐾
