EPA projects a 23% reduction in its workforce from Jan 2025 to the end of this year. These cuts mark a blow to independent advisory committees, equity focused research, and scientific integrity as a whole. Despite overwhelming public support for the protection of our rivers, lakes and streams, EPA proposed a new rule to weaken the Clean Water Act. That means more toxic pollution, worse flooding, and skyrocketing water costs. Over the coming weeks, we will share more on the new #PollutedWaterRule.
