I'd recommend now. FC and SC form a very cohesive story - if you like them and want to dip your toes in the rest of the series I'd get 3rd then. :))

Beat the game on Nightmare Mode in regular NG! 40 hours of which the first four took 25 - that's where the true difficulty lies. Once you hit Chapter 5 the difficulty goes out the window. Time for NG+ on Easy mode with the level boosts. 😊 - fin -

Narratively Ch7 is very filler-esque, but gameplay wise you can do some fun things here. In an ideal world, 7 and 8 would be combined and streamlined 👻
