maybe I'm just super ultra woke but I don't give a shit about these AI mods where you can play Minecraft in Elden Ring or Skate 3 in MW2 same goes for all these recomps recently, I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to have their favourite childhood game to get an AI slop recomp ...actually yeah I would

finished Faith, got the good endings in all three chapters and OOOOOH this is a real good horror game! heard the true final boss was tricky but I didn't even die to it once maybe it's cos I knew what to expect, maybe it's cos I'm actually just goated, I don't know

000

oh what the fuck are YOU???

000

playing through Faith Chapter 3 and a demon flashed on the screen for a second while I was trying to figure out where I'm supposed to go using a camera flash

000

bought it on PC since it was on sale and only then found out it was on PS5, apparently it came out this April :/ I think it was just over £10 on playstation, this was £3.83 on Steam, THAT'S INCLUDING THE SOUNDTRACK TOO

the whole Super Easter Egg is (basically) done! had to do an extra quest in every map, varying wildly in length and complexity outside of Astra since that made me do almost the whole main quest, all were in order too! there is a boss rush at the end too and it's replayable!

the bookcase in Rex Infernus now showing all 6 toys needed for the Super Easter Egg present and accounted for, those toys being:

Ol' Tessie for Ashes of the Damned
Caltheris for Astra Malorum
The Twins for Paradox Junction
The Guardian for Totenreich
Z-Rex for Kowakujo
and finally The Warden for Rex Infernus

Interacting with it at ANY time starts the boss rush

wasn't a fan of having to do almost the entire main and several side quests just for Astra Malorums Super Easter Egg quest but fuuuuuck I do love how I got to hear this twice as I was doing them www.youtube.com/watch?v=soNr...

finally getting around to do the Super Easter Egg for BO7 Zombies and it makes me do little side quests on each map to get these toys fuck you Astra Malorum for making me do like 95% of the main quest (literally one step away from the boss fight) alongside SEVERAL side things just for this one toy

a bookcase in the starting room on Rex Infernus, showing a miniature of Caltheris, the boss for Astra Malorum, collected and stored as a reward for doing that maps Super Easter Egg step

been letting the Resident Evil movie marinate in my brain and... god it's so peak I feel like I understand what the director was trying to do, he wasn't trying to adapt any of the games but instead tried to adapt the feeling and atmosphere of them and he fucking NAILED that

Oh yeah I bought some more stuff, some '70s Doctor Who episodes and Wrath of Cortex on PS2! Really had trouble playing this on the OG Xbox but tbf I was like 4, I didn't know what I was doing, had to ask my dad for help all the time

oh yeah, I took this pic of the little info card that shows up before a film starts in a cinema here when I went to see RE and I'm lowkey sad it's in such bad quality, tbf I was sitting at the furthest back row so my phone couldn't pick it up quite as good

bad quality info card of Resident Evil taken from my showing, showing a 15 (our equivalent of R) rating and saying the film will have strong bloody violence, gore, horror and language, basically a content warning

felt like I lucked out in the cinema when we went to see Resident Evil yesterday cos I heard real bad things about how there's no cinema etiquette anymore but nah it was great in there me and my dad sat at the furthest back row which was closest to the speakers so everything was fuckin LOUD

Layton @noicebloke13.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

okay now that I saw the film and slept on it, I do feel like Cregger owes "those" RE fans an apology cos they were boycotting it and saying it was gonna flop cos it didn't have anyone from the games... only for it to be the highest rated video game adaptation

was fooling around on a Minecraft modpack I have and noticed I was running out on SSD space, checked my modpack folder only to see there was a text log file that's almost as big as the new Fire Emblem game

properties of my minecraft modpacks log file, showing a whopping size of 28.1GB... for a text file

estimated file size of Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave at 29.5GB, just about bigger than my modpacks log file at 28GB
