Ya boy is not getting less fat and energized much even after a little that year and a quarter of weekly workouts... I actually got to 200 pounds and even if part of that is because of water (creatine) and muscles that wasn't there last year, there is a lot of fat.

So I'm reworking my schedule and food intakes in hope i'll get positive changes. Today is day 1 of working pretty much DAILY but either just the cardio or a combo of 30-40 of strenght training + cardio.
I will also move the session to BEFORE breakfast because it's supposed to help me lower my cortisol level and have a good impact on my sleep. Which as you know, is trash because I wake up 10 000 times.

For food. I intend to make a big batch of soup to have more veggies with less carbs and have it as a semi-regular side-dish.

Those things will be quite challenging because it will need a lot of mental strenght, but i'm motivated and I think i'm ready for those changes now.

Winning a big chunk of money, most of my friends would use that to get out a shitty house/familly, getting proper medical treatement/therapy, do art, learn skills, fix their car, travel to see their found familly, help a buddy in need and buy a shittons of nerdy goodies for themself.
