Really interesting hearing results of @noca-irl.bsky.social heart attack audit. Chest pain mentioned a number of times.I do wonder how those presenting but with symptoms other than chest pain, more common in women,are recognised/managed.?connected to poorer outcomes in mortality in women? #NOCA2026
