It can depend on the State. In many states, it's illegal to say that you have passed the bar - which implies you can act as an attorney - when you haven't.

And... we need to get young people registered and remind them or help them to vote! There is a serious lack of participation by young people who are eligible to vote and that needs to be fixed.
