Got one of those GBA SP style handhelds this weekend and when I learned it wasn’t too hard to port Godot games to it, I knew I had to try and put Upstream on it. It runs at >1 fps and has tons of visual glitches so not playable but the fact that it boots at all is so cool.

Took some time off #gamedev this weekend to fly all the way across the country for a 24 hour visit to #NYC, to see #Journey LIVE, conducted by the one and only @awintory.bsky.social! Truly a once in a lifetime experience, and one of my favorite concert experiences ever.

Today I implemented an accessibility mode into our two-button platformer! We call it push-to-swim! Instead of repeatedly tapping the two buttons super fast, you just hold them down, and it simulates button presses in order to reduce stress on your fingers. #indiegame #gamedev #godot #accessibility

Making progress on this character! Added arms, and a placeholder head! I threw it on to Mixamo to see it in motion and I really like it! Next up is to get some references for the head shape, then add a backpack plus a hood/cloak! #gamedev #blender
