We are horrified by the attack at Central Synagogue last night. Hate and violence has no place in our synagogues, in any house of worship, or in our communities. Everyone deserves to worship in safety and without fear.

The Trump admin officially increased the refugee admissions ceiling mid-year in order to admit an additional 10,000 white South Africans. At the same time, tens of thousands fleeing war, persecution, and violence remain stranded & blocked from protection since January 20, 2025.
