Ah yes, all those 24 year old "Millennials" are for some reason not thinking about retiring just yet. Love this article. Dissing both gens in one fell swoop.
Clip of an online news article with a photo of a lady holding a take away coffee. Caption says she is 24 and "hasn't thought much about her superannuation as she feels it something that won't affect her for a long time" Title of news article "...Millennials [sic] are ignoring their superannuation" (24 is not a Millennial)

My thoughts with all facing the CA wildfires. As an Australian, it is not lost on me that warnings about climate change included overlapping fire seasons, and now it appears we are seeing exactly that. Grampians fire being contained as the Cali and one started is surreal (& dystopian).

Horror show. More than ever, need the space in grants and applications to discuss *why* a paper is important, rather than judging purely on *where* it's published. Also we all should still cite papers from those two journals based on quality of work. It'd be👎 to see it ignored based on bad actors!

I'm also someone who advocated and to some extent continues to advocate for a data driven approach to EDI. However, I didn't originally set out to be an advocate for data. I started out asking a simple question that I hoped would prompt targeted intervention & which happened to need data to answer.
