Poor baby! I'm glad things looked OK so far. Positive thoughts for the queen.

Walking or driving by someone smoking once in a blue moon is all I need. Our next door neighbor sneaks one or two a day on her back porch so if we're walking the door we'll smell it as we walk past.

Husband and I talk about that! When I quit they were already getting unaffordable. Now I really don't know how people can afford it.

Today is the 21st anniversary of when I quit smoking cigarettes. If you need it, this is your sign. It's never too late to stop.

A Tribe Called Quest - Midnight Marauders

A black Victrola record player playing a record with a white label and sitting on a white dresser with pink crystal drawer pulls. To the right of the player is a "now playing" record stand and holder. In the holder is the cover for the album Midnight Marauders by A Tribe Called Quest. The cover is a composition of black and white images of 90s hip hop icons' faces and a red, black, and green human figure. There is a black border around the whole thing with a pattern of clocks at the time of 12:00. The background is the black and white photos of faces including 3rd Bass, Afrika Bambaataa, AMG, Ant Banks, Beastie Boys, Awesome Two, Black Moon, Busta Rhymes, Casual, Chi-Ali, Chubb Rock, Chuck D, The Cold Crush Brothers, Daddy-O of Stetsasonic, Dallas Austin, Del the Funky Homosapien, Diamond D, De La Soul, Doctor Dré, Doug E. Fresh, Fab Five Freddy, Grandmaster Dee of Whodini, Grandmaster Flash, Heavy D, Ice-T, Jazzy Jay, DJ Jazzy Joyce, Jungle Brothers, Kid Capri, Kool DJ Red Alert, Kool Moe Dee, Large Professor , Litro, Lords of the Underground, MC Lyte, Neek the Exotic, Organized Konfusion, The Pharcyde, Rashad Smith, Rock Steady Crew (Crazy Legs, Mr. Wiggles, Pee Wee Dance and Ruel), DJ Ron G, DJ Silver D, Sean Combs, Skeff Anselm, Souls of Mischief, Special Ed, Sweet Tee, Too Short and Zulu Nation Supreme Council. Many of those are on the back of the cover. I am unable to identify each one positively. The human figure is in the center vertically with the colors in a tiger stripe pattern. The words "a tribe called quest" are written across the top in yellow lower case letters that look hand written. The name of the band is across the center in the same lettering style.

Electric Light Orchestra / Olivia Newton-John – Xanadu (From The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

A black Victrola record player spinning a black record with a label that has a blue sky, some clouds, and a rainbow. The player is sitting on a white dresser with pink crystal drawer pulls. To the right of the player is a "now playing" record holder and stand. In the holder is the cover for Electric Light Orchestra / Olivia Newton-John – Xanadu (From The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack). The cover is dark blue with a burgundy border around the top, right, and bottom edges. Across the border on the top it says "From the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" in all captital white letters. Under that in the blue space it says "Xanadu" in burgundy lettering with two horizontal bars running through the center of the word. Under that in the center in tiny white capital letters it says "featuring" then under that in capital letters about twice as tall it says "Electric Light Orchestra Olivia Newton John" then there are beams of light light a stage spotlight coming up diagonally from the bottom left corner.

Music from Peter Gunn

A black Victrola record player spinning a record and sitting on a white dresser with pink crystal drawer pulls. To the right of the player is a "now playing" record stand and holder. In the holder is the cover for the album Music from Peter Gunn. The cover is black. The right 1/4th is the left half of a man's face in black and white. In the top left corner is the word "LION" in small white capital letters under a small white line drawing of a lion. Under that in slightly larger white capital letters it says "music from" then under that in much larger red capital letters it says "peter gunn" then there are more words under that in tiny white letters too small to read. On the bottom left corner are more small white capital letter words you can't really make out.

Chemical Brothers - Push the Button

A black Victrola record player playing a record and sitting on a white dresser with pink crystal drawer pulls. To the right of the player is a "now playing" record holder and stand. In the stand is the cover for the Chemical Brothers album Push the Button. The cover is white with a thin black border around most of it. The band name is on the top left corner and is the only break in the black line. The image is the outline of a person's silhouette. Imposed over the image and slightly smaller is a fist that has bricks for a sleeve. In the space around the fist and inside the outline of the head are bubble letters spelling out the album title.

I always love when people (my step-father) say things like "but she's your only mother" like that excuses the abuse. If anything that makes it that much fucking worse. We left for good reasons.

Poop isn't the issue here. They both pee like they're trying to cover a wall from the top down and none of the auto scoopers are tall enough.

Nixstory: my high school's boyfriend's mother had died when they were relatively young, making his dad a middle-aged widower. My mother HATED my boyfriend. His father tolerated me. He may have liked me, I never really knew. One day I convince my mother to buy a new couch...1/
