Might I suggest that strategy needs logical analysis. When you work out the logical reasons for thinking you're superior to others based on which fan club to an imaginary being you belong to, I'd be interested to hear them. Until then I'd say the OO is inherently lacking in logic hence strategy.

Anti-biotics work on natural plague, but not if it is a weaponised form. The fact that a young woman (not someone elderly or frail) has died when she works in a lab that studies the plague, is concerning.

Absolutely, I've done street protests in the past, these days mostly I battle online, or in work, but plenty of time I'm doing the housework, or watching a video, or taking 5 mins in the toilet at work just to distract my brain from the hell of the world so I can survive mentally.

Also, having numerous different agencies dealing with different aspect of people's care means that care is less cohesive. Things get missed as they don't quite fall into anyone's remit or someone thinks someone else is doing it.

Add to that, that the agency workers often aren't paid travel time and with numerous agencies they travel a lot between different clients. It is much more efficient to have one organization covering the whole area.

Diesel theft is most likely. Barrels of diesel plus traces of ammonium nitrate trampled in from farmyards is going to trigger anything that detects bombs. You don't wade in there and open the barrels, you play safe - evacuate the area, send in the robot.

Sneaking around farm yards will probably get traces of ammonium nitrate on your boots, and the barrels and the floor of the vans. Ammonium nitrate and fuel is an explosive. So any technical or K9 detection would indicate explosives.

Start with free maternity and OB/GYN for mothers to give every child the best chance of being born healthy. Then free medical care until school leaving age, so no child suffers from their parent's finances. Free emergency care for all, including ambulances. Just for a start.

I was there in '96 giving a lift to journalists covering it. I'd just got my first car. I spent the next week, as a new driver, navigating Belfast to and from work with loyalist roadblocks and later riots when the police pushed the march through. I doubt this will be over today.

We have to accept that the law isn't perfect, it is about standing up for what is right. An organization that discriminates against a certain section of society, deciding to march through an estate of the very people it wants to oppress should not be allowed.

My job involves helping people with all sorts of problems. Just at the local level I'm seeing a rapist out on bail for years, harassing his victim, attacking others, still on bail. A DV offender out of prison, harassing the victim and nothing done by the police. There are more and its exhausting.
