The Great Gnomeregan Run is in-game in WoW this weekend only. Since 2009, this community-driven event has raised money for the cure for breast cancer, where you'll run a little pink-haired gnome from Gnomeregan to Booty Bay.

Brush my hair, brush my teeth etc. and then pat towel dry. You’ll have a very thin layer for your skin barrier and not feel as slick. Really helped me with itchy skin and now I’m way less bothered overall. Might be worth a try.

I put on body oil or lotion while I am still wet from the shower. There are lotions specifically for this but immediately moisturizing before the skin can dry out and thinning the product to easily spread everywhere makes it fast and less overwhelming. I’ll try to give it a few minutes to absorb…
